This Privacy Policy explains how Nutel Games ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses information when you use our mobile games and applications (the "Apps").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Device and technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, language, country, and crash or performance data.
- Usage and gameplay information such as in-app actions, levels played and their results, session duration, and features used.
- A random, app-generated identifier used only to group analytics events (for example, to count sessions and measure retention). It is not linked to your real identity and is not your device’s advertising ID.
- Advertising identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID on Android and Apple’s IDFA on iOS. These are used by our advertising and analytics partners, and on iOS only if you allow tracking.
- Purchase and subscription events, such as confirmation that a subscription was started or renewed. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Support communications if you contact us by email.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Provide and operate our Apps
- Manage subscriptions and premium features
- Fix bugs and improve performance
- Understand how our Apps are used
- Measure and improve advertising and marketing
- Respond to user support requests
3. Advertising, Analytics and Our Partners
Our Apps use trusted third-party partners to help with analytics, attribution, advertising, subscription tracking, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. These partners may automatically collect technical data, device identifiers, and in-app events, according to their own privacy policies.
Our partners include:
- Singular – mobile attribution, analytics, subscription and revenue measurement
- Google – including Google AdMob (ads) and Firebase (analytics, crash reports)
- Meta (Facebook) – Meta SDK for analytics and advertising optimization
- Unity Ads – advertising and analytics for certain Apps
- AppLovin – advertising, analytics, and mediation services used in some Apps
Different Apps may use different combinations of these services.
Meta (Facebook) SDK
We use the Meta SDK to help understand how users interact with our Apps and to improve advertising. This may include events such as app installs and subscription purchases.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS devices, we request your permission before using the advertising identifier (IDFA), as required by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If you choose not to allow tracking, IDFA will not be used.
4. Data Storage
We do not create user accounts and we do not ask for information that directly identifies you. Some of our Apps send anonymous analytics and gameplay events (for example, levels played and their results, session duration, and device and technical data) to servers we operate, where they are stored under a random, app-generated identifier so we can understand how the Apps are used and improve them. Other data is processed and stored by the third-party partners listed above, in accordance with their own privacy practices.
We keep this analytics data only as long as needed for these purposes, and for no longer than 12 months.
5. Data Sharing
We may share information only in the following cases:
- With our service partners listed above, to operate and improve our Apps
- With advertising and analytics partners when necessary
- If required by law or to protect our legal rights
6. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to help protect data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Your Choices
- You can manage tracking permissions in your iOS device settings
- Where a consent form is shown (for example, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), you can accept or decline analytics and ads, and change your choice at any time through the privacy options in the App
- You may contact us to request removal of support emails or ask questions about your data
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
